'The check in was ridiculous. There was 5 people in front of me and it took 30 minutes because there was 1 person working the front desk. At some point a 2nd employee came to the desk but wasn't helping people get checked in. He seemed to be asking the person who was working what was going on. My daughter was supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa but she was horrified of the stained couch so didn't sleep there.
