'We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. 'Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und in Sachen Sauberkeit und Ambiente absolut auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider wurde statt des gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmers mit King-Bed und Balkon zunächst ein barrierefreies Zimmer vergeben. Dieses entsprach optisch und funktional nicht dem gebuchten Standard. Für meinen knapp zwei Meter großen Vater war dies besonders unangenehm, da weder Dusche noch Spiegel für ihn geeignet waren. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation...

'The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The pool area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the pool area and the smell drifted over the pool area. All in all a good experience. '
