With Drayton Park station right next door, this flat is the perfect base for discovering the city. Our spacious flat comfortably accommodates four guests and is surrounded by the various cafes, restaurants, and bars of Holloway Road. Enjoy the city to its fullest in your modern London home! Upon entering the flat, you will see the bathroom to your left, the bedroom in front of you, and the living room to your right. The kitchen is accessed via the living room. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a new pocket-sprung mattress, and a mirror wardrobe. The full bathroom has a handwash basin, a bath, and a toilet. The living room has a 55-inch smart TV with IPTV subscription. You can watch most local and international channels, the most up-to-date movies and shows, and sporting events - including the Premier League matches. The sofa becomes a spacious bed that can easily sleep two adults. A large balcony is also accessed via the living room. The full kitchen has all the items needed for cooking your food, a microwave, an oven & stove, and a dishwasher. Guests have access to all parts of the property. There are no shared spaces. We are here for you 24/7 for any questions or requests you may have. Late Check-Out Without Notice Policy: Please be aware that late checkouts without prior agreement will be priced at £50/hr. Lost Key Policy: In the case of lost keys, we will charge you £250 to cover replacement and re-keying costs. Serenity and Quietness To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain quietness and calmness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No partying or disruptive activities are allowed, and any disturbances will be reported to the authorities. Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty An extra £75 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat. Noise: The living room faces a green area and is very quiet. There is a school in the neighbourhood, close to the building, and the student's voices can be heard during the day.
