This is not a traditional hotel; it is an apartment without a 24-hour front desk. The management office was unresponsive and unfriendly, making communication difficult. If you run into any check-in issues, it can be extremely hard to reach someone, and you may end up waiting outside in an area that feels somewhat sketchy. They also refused to replenish basic hotel supplies such as shampoo and body wash once the initial samples were finished. I stayed at the property for only 3 nights but they told me to buy my own supplies. Lastly, apartment name was somewhat misleading on Expedia; it's Viridian Apartments, making the distance farther to attractions compared to the search result in Google Maps. It's close to bus stops, but it’s a fairly long walk from the subway station. Aside from these issues, the unit itself was spacious and well furnished.
