  • Experience a contemporary, luxurious space located at the base of Trafalgar Square, complete with a private bathroom. Nestled in the vibrant theatre district of London, this private two-bedroom accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. It serves as an excellent base for exploring London’s top attractions, all within walking distance (see details below).

    The space
    The room is a private, secure space situated on the basement of a six-apartment building. It has been fully renovated and newly furnished to create a cozy home-away-from-home atmosphere, complete with complimentary teas, coffees, and toiletries. There are no shared communal areas, so you’ll only share access to the front door of the building. The two bedrooms include a king bed, both of which the king size bed can be split into singles if you prefer (please make this request to your host in advance). The apartment is in the lower ground floor and is only accessible via the stairs. The larger room features a workspace for those who need to work while traveling, along with ample storage, and both rooms include a TV for relaxation, as well as other furnishings. A coffee maker and mini fridge are also available for your convenience. Before your arrival, the property will be thoroughly cleaned, and fresh towels and linens will be provided. Although the hosts do not reside in the building, you will enjoy complete privacy while still being able to reach out for assistance if needed. Please be aware that there is no functioning lift in the building.

Great location, but very basic apartment. No kitchen area at all- There was a coffee machine, fridge and a kettle but no mugs, cups or cutlery. Plenty of shops, cafes and bars around so as a place to lay your head it was fine.

The location of the flat was amazing but that’s about it where the positives stop. Security code to our flat didn’t work and wouldn’t lock, the WiFi was horrible, but the kicker was the nasty amount of black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. When we contacted the owner he never even responded either. If not for the location this place is one to avoid

Arrivée à 15h l'appartement était dans un état pitoyable, le ménage n'avait pas été fait et draps non changé, odeur de moisi et d'humidité. Le seul point positif la localisation proche de tout . L'annonce ne précisait pas que c'était 2 chambres dans une cave humide sans Vmc et avec de la moisissure sur les murs. Location insalubre à fuire

Sucio. Sin limpiar en absoluto. Sin toallas ni sabanas limpias. Carece de ventilacion y las ventanas no funcionan bien. Nos tuvimos que ir a otro sitio y espero un reembolso. Nunca habia estado en un lugar tan detrimente y el encargado nunca se volvio a comunicar cuando me queje por mensaje. 0 de 10. El peor.

The property smelled musty. We woke up the first morning to water coming through our bathroom ceiling from the flat above. Tried to contact host. NEVER replied or fixed issue. Mold was growing from the walls and ceiling when we left 2 days later. The place was scarcely furnished withe towels or bed linens and we had to use 1 towel to mop our bathroom!Was afraid to check out because we didn't know where to go or if we would ever receive reimbursement for nights since owner was NOT REPONSIVE!

Booking was done on 12th April. Host contacted on 9th May about sleeping arrangement 9th May, host responded 17th May. Host sent entrance code on check in day 19th June AM. Check in is from 3PM. We arrived at 6PM to see that the property was completely left in a disgusting state. rubbish everywhere, dirty bed sheets etc. Contacted the host via chat function with no reply. Contacted vrbo help desk who gave me the host number. Rang the host who was very short with me (a lot of people and kids in the background) saying "I am going to check what happened, it will be done" then pretty much hung up. Made vrbo aware that we were leaving our bags for dinner and expected the flat to be clean and ready when we were coming back, and asked them for a plan B which they refused to start thinking about. When came back to property, nothing had been done. Had to waste more time with vrbo online and the phone at 11PM who know said to book another property for 1 night only and that they will reimburse a flat fare. Told them I did not wish to access the property for 2nd night and they sent listings of properties/hotels for me to book within their price range but for the wrong date (in a month) so was actually five times more expensive.. vrbo now refuses to reimburse the difference. Filing official complaint.

Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación del alquiler y las facilidades para acceder al apartamento. El resto fué todo un desastre, después que recibimos las instrucciones para la llegada, que fueron precisas, al igual que los códigos para acceder al apartamento, una vez allí, constatamos que todo estaba totalmente sucio, el baño sucio, mojado y con tohallas en el suelo, la ropa de cama usada en las habitaciones tirada en el suelo, las camas sin hacer, todo esto lo comunicamos al anfitrión a través de Vrbo, este inicialmente nos comunicó que hablaría con su staff de limpieza y que resolvería en un breve plazo de tiempo, lo cual no fue así, nadie acudió ni a limpiar, ni a ofrecernos nada, escribimos nueva y reiteradamente al anfitrión y más nunca nos respondió, hasta la fecha de hoy no hemos tenido ninguna otra respuesta, pese a nuestra insistencia, ni siquiera llamándole por teléfono a costo nuestro, ni pudimos asearnos en esas condiciones y mal dormimos sentados en butaca y en el suelo Estoy intentando hacer reclamación formal a través de la plataforma Vrbo y se me hace muy difícil contactar directamente con un agente y en el único momento que lo logré, después de haberle comunicado todo, me pidió le enviará fotos y al hacerlo he perdido la comunicación
