The space
For families that simply love spending time together, or for up to 3 friends who are totally comfortable in each other’s company, this East London studio has to be the ideal place to stay.
Not only do you get a well-thought-out interior all to yourselves, you also get a garden, AND a parking space. You can probably count how many other London studios offer that on the fingers of one hand. That’s what makes this studio truly exceptional, along with its ultra-convenient location.
So, what do you get when you book here? In short, pretty much everything you’d expect to find in a modern apartment, though perhaps not quite as much space.
Let’s start in the kitchen, like all good snacks and meals. The fact that there’s room for a large fridge and a washing machine will give you an idea that this is a decent sized space without being massive (this is still a studio, after all). There’s a cooker with hob (stovetop) too, plus storage cupboards, a toaster, kettle, basically all the essentials you’ll need to self-cater in London.
Now to the living area. By day, you’ll have a sofa to sit on and enjoy your food or watch TV. By night, you have a double bed, thanks to that sofa. And all day and all night, you’ll have a bunk bed, situated above the sofa with easy ladder access. Bunk beds always appeal to younger guests, which helps make this studio a great place for a family trip.
The shower and WC are both accessed direct from this main living area, which is why it’s important you’re all comfortable living with each other and not likely to get embarrassed by this. Note the Art Deco style door handles if you will. You certainly can miss the quality of the shower – it’s a good one and bound to give you that wake-up call you need at the start of each day. Towels will be provided by your hosts, so that ought to reduce the weight of your luggage and create more room for your clothes (yes, there’s storage space for them in this studio too).
And finally, to the outside space, and what a treat it is to get a London studio with a garden and a parking space! There’s more seating out in the garden, plus a bar area and an electric stove with hotplates, so you can cook out here, (only electric so naked flames).
Just imagine waking up every morning, sliding open the patio doors and taking in the delights of a new day in London in your very own outside space. That’s going to feel pretty good!
Guest access
Book this studio, and as well as interior space that’ll make you all feel cosy and welcome, you get a garden and a parking space too, all to yourselves. Not many London studios will give you that.
The only thing you’ll share is a communal front door and entrance hallway, stairs and landing, all of which are presented rather elegantly, with a Victorian style floor with cream and green tiles, and eye-catching artwork on the walls bringing colour and life to the space.
Throughout your stay, you will be able to contact your host should you have any questions about the studio in particular, or your stay in London in general.
