The home's layout includes two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two double sofa beds across the property. All rooms are bathed in natural light thanks to generous windows throughout. Two bathrooms and a downstairs WC add convenience for larger groups or families.

You're on a quiet, tree-lined street with excellent transport links. Clapham Junction is just five minutes by bus and offers fast trains to Victoria, Waterloo, Gatwick Airport, and beyond. Clapham Common Underground (Northern Line) is a 15-minute walk, and local buses offer direct routes into central London.

You're also a short stroll from Lavender Hill and Northcote Road, both known for their cafés, restaurants, and boutiques, while Battersea Park and Clapham Common offer over 200 acres of green space nearby.

This is a three-floor Victorian terrace with stairs throughout. The sofa beds sleep up to four additional guests but must be requested at the time of booking, with additional charges applied.

No smoking, pets or parties. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21 years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. 

When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
