The space
The home is clean and tidy, with four large bedrooms and a generously sized open plan living space. replaced downstairs bathroom June 2022

There's a bedroom on the ground at the front of the house, with a bathroom behind it on the way to the living room. The kitchen runs along one side of the room and has a breakfast bar, and all you'd need to make a meal if you fancy staying in one evening. A large corner sofa dominates the living space, and invites you to sink in and relax in front of the TV - unless you're tempted to enjoy some sunshine in the private terrace!

Upstairs are the other three bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds on which our cleaners place fresh, hotel-quality linen before your arrival. There's another bathroom up here with shower over the bath, and towels and toiletries will be provided for you. Hope you enjoy your stay!
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property along with the terrace. FYI if you warn me I can arrange visitor parking at the location of the property. I'll need you registration number
Other things to note
No parties is a strict request. Neighbours don't appreciate Excessive noise at night.(POST 10pm is considered late). Only guests with good reviews or if new to please contact me to discuss your situation. Our priority is to have considerate guests!
