We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of London, flat 510 at 1 Pepys St is nestled in the vibrant Tower Hill area. This historic district is renowned for its proximity to the iconic Tower of London and the River Thames. Enjoy easy access to a plethora of cultural landmarks, trendy eateries, and charming local pubs.

Getting around is a breeze with Tower Hill Underground Station just a short walk away, offering quick connections via the Circle and District lines. Convenient access to numerous bus routes ensures you're well-connected to the rest of London.
Heathrow Airport is a 47-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
