Nestled in the heart of Dalston, this vibrant East London neighborhood offers an exciting blend of creativity, culture, and convenience. The area is known for its lively atmosphere, with a great mix of independent cafes, eclectic restaurants, and trendy boutiques just moments away. Green spaces like London Fields and Hackney Downs provide perfect spots to relax outdoors, while excellent transport links, including nearby Overground stations and numerous bus routes, make it easy to explore the rest of the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Dalton Kingsland, is just a 5-minutes walk.

Gatwick and Heathrow Airports are an 1h15 drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
