  • "Hallo welkom - Ons prachtige Londense huis ligt in een veilige chique buurt, met een tuin en gratis parkeergelegenheid op straat direct voor de deur.

    Het huis is volledig gerenoveerd en opnieuw ingericht en biedt veeleisende gasten een prachtig huis waar ze kunnen ontspannen en genieten van hun verblijf, omringd door comfort en moderne gemakken.

    Verkeersverbindingen zijn uitstekend met trein- en busverbindingen binnen een paar minuten van het huis

    De luchthaven London Heathrow ligt op 30 minuten afstand

    Het huis heeft 3 super kingsize slaapkamers, allen met een eigen badkamer. Een gastentoilet is ook beschikbaar op de begane grond.

    Het huis slaapt maximaal 6 personen met in aanvulling op de 3 kingsize slaapkamers de optie van een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Alle linnengoed wordt verstrekt, evenals handdoeken, shampoo, zeep en douchegel.

    Het huis is centraal verwarmd, warm in de winter en koel in de zomer.

    Er is een grote zitkamer met een eethoek

    TV en DVD speler zijn beschikbaar, met WI-FI door het hele huis

    Bij aankomst ontvangt u een welkomstpakket met brood, melk, eieren, boter, koekjes en chocolaatjes.

    We kijken ernaar uit om uw verblijf in het huis perfect te maken

    - Ook koffie, thee, warme chocolademelk, suiker, olijfolie, balsamicoazijn, zout, peper zijn standaard in de keuken voor elke nieuwe aankomst.

    Het huis is gezinsvriendelijk en geweldig voor kinderen van alle leeftijden met een mooie tuin waar ze veilig kunnen spelen.

    We zullen overwegen: Zakelijke boekingen, Lange termijn verhuur (meer dan 1 maand), Korte pauzes (+3 dagen)
    Onze voorwaarden voor normale seizoenen zijn minimaal 3 nachten, maar we accepteren 2 nachten met een premium.

    We verwelkomen huisdieren, maar er is een strikt NIET-ROKERS regel in het huis. Het huis is ideaal voor entertainment, maar er zijn geen grote partijen toegestaan en het huis is beperkt tot maximaal 8 niet-residentiële gasten.

    Er is een volledig uitgeruste keuken; oven, kookplaat magnetron vaatwasser, broodrooster, enz.,

    De bijkeuken heeft een wasmachine en droger. Wasmiddel en vaatwastabletten zijn aanwezig.

    De keuken leidt naar een patio met uitzicht op de ruime tuin en een scala aan prachtige bloembedden.

    Een volledige schoonmaakservice en / of schoonmaakservice is op aanvraag beschikbaar. Gasten worden verzocht om rechtstreeks contact op te nemen met het servicepersoneel voor extra services.

    Er is een snelle toegang tot het centrum van Londen (30 minuten) - 2 minuten lopen naar het treinstation

Great spacious family home filled with everything we needed for our stay. Robert was a fantastic host and allowed us to check in early which was a god send after a long haul flight. We stayed during a heatwave but the house had a lovely through flow of air and every room had fans. Everything we needed was nearby - coop, restaurant and bar, cafe, pharmacy and the public transport either by train, bus or tube was frequent and reliable. Also close to the Thames walk and Chiswick high road is just 10 minutes on the bus. We’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome! Kitchen was well stocked, washer/dryer/iron were also available, wi-fi was good. The place had everything you could ask for. A definite re-visit next time we come to London.

We (6 guests) stayed 8 nights and everything was amazing! Our host Robert was very gracious to meet us at the property to provide the keys, show us aroud the property, and how everything worked. He even made coffee! When I contacted him via text/email during our stay, he immediately called to answer our questions.The property was as described, with three spacious bedrooms, living room, kitchen and patio. Extra linen were provided, as well as products needed to shower and wash clothes. It was a few feet away from the Co-Op, train station and eating establishments, which also made it nice and efficient to get around! It was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay there again when back in London!

House was as described no surprises. Very comfortable and well furnished. Plenty of room for 6. Loved the fact that Robert the owner met us on arrival to show us around and how everything worked. He also was available for help if needed during our 22 night stay. Local Coop less than 100 yards away and well stocked. Easy walk to Chiswick High Street. Also Thames with pubs/restaurants only one Mile walk thru lovely neighborhood. With rail station less than 100 yards away with direct fast train to Waterloo, Kew, Windsor and Richmond could not beat location and happy to be away from congestion of Central London.

Perfect place for an extended family stay (nearly 2 months), including two kids ages 5 and 7! Easy access to buses, the tube and train made getting around easy, and there were plenty of nearby grocery stores and pubs, cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. to get anything you need. Chiswick House is 5 minute walk away with beautiful grounds and playground. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, had all the amenities we needed to cook regularly, do laundry, etc. And the host, Robert, was very responsive and accomodating. Not only would I recommend this home, but I am confident we will return to stay in the future.

Roomy and Clean

Amazing home in a perfect location. 2 minute walk to train station that gets you to downtown london faster than a car would. Grocery store with Apple Pay 1 block away. This house is very CLEAN and was very roomy for the 4 of us. 3 couples could stay here easy. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate via text. Uber rides plentiful if not feeling the train. Highly recommend this rental. Thank you for the wonderful vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It was a special treat to have an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom and this made getting ready for the day (or for the night) so easy. We loved gathering in the large living room to talk about our day and with large tables in the kitchen and dining room, there was lots of space to spread out for meals. The home is only a 7-minute walk to the Chiswick Southwestern Rail station, which made getting to London Waterloo (or other connecting stations) so easy. Within a 20 minute walk is a beautiful high street with every type of shop you could possibly want, including a Marks & Spencer grocery store. I can't say enough about our host, who was so welcoming and even provided a starter kit of eggs, bread, milk and cookies, which were most welcome after a long flight! Our host was also able to recommend a wonderful cab driver, who provided airport transportation from Gatwick, and is also able to provide transportation to any sites (IWM Duxford for example) desired. There wasn't a single thing we needed that wasn't provided in the home - was perfect in every way. Many thanks to host Robert for giving us such a memorable and wonderful family holiday!

Great stay in Chiswick!

We really enjoyed our time in Robert’s place. The location was so convenient with rail and bus lines right across the street. So easy to get into London or up to Chiswick High Rd for shopping and restaurants. Access to pubs along the river just an easy east walk from the house. Perfect for our long, extended family stay. The home décor isn’t luxurious but very practical with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Robert was super helpful, easy to work with and accommodating. If you’re looking for a comfortable home base to explore London, but would like to escape for downtime to a more relaxed, comfortable neighborhood setting, it’s a great option.

Wonderful stay

Robert's house was everything advertised. We loved that bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The fenced yard was nice for the kids. Train stop, 200 steps from house. Easy to navigate to central London. Downtown Chiswick is fun and not over priced. There is a small, family restaurant over the bridge that is 5 stars. A co-op store near train station that has great prices. There is a trail to walk around Thames River where you will also find resturants on the waterfront. Local food market on Saturday. Our first family London vacation,and Robert's house was perfect location for us.

10 days in Cheswick

Two families - One couple and one family with children ages 7 and 9. Very easy check in process. Property was clean with a good lay-out. Beds upstairs, living room/dining room and kitchen downstairs with laundry which was very helpful. Co-op market very close. Bus to Tube takes about 20 min. Can walk, but is a bit of a hike. Train to downtown London leaves every 20 min and is just across the street. Overall we had a very good experience and would definitely consider this property again if we come back in the future!

A delight

We stayed at Robert's house in Chiswick for a week with 5 adults and two teenagers. We had an absolutely lovely stay. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood with great walking paths. There is a co-op right up the street that had everything we needed for groceries for the week. It stays open until 11, so easy to pop in after a day sight-seeing for the next day's supplies. There is also an above-ground train station one block from the house that drops you at Waterloo station. Trains were every 15-30 minutes, depending on the time of day. It was so convenient to get into London. The house was well-equipped with kitchen supplies and Robert even supplied a "starter kit" of basics. There was no coffee maker or french press, but I believe Robert said he was going to get one moving forward. There was plenty of seating for the 7 of us. The front room has a door, so that the adults could get up and use the kitchen in the morning without disturbing the teenagers sleeping on the pull-outs. All the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, which is definitely not a common amenity. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, which made Robert's house feel just like home. The house is clean and well-laid out. There was a cute garden in the back, although the weather didn't allow us to use it much. If we find ourselves visiting London again, we would definitely stay again.

Easy and Great Experience

We had wanted to stay just outside of London for our trip. This home was precious. Very clean. Robert was so easy to work with. The home was an easy walk to the train and bus station. If you stay here go eat at Little Bird! So amazing! You can easily walk to many cute pubs right along the River.

Nice neighborhood

Decent location as you can catch a bus to the District line and then get pretty much anywhere. A few good choices for restaurants that you can get to with a short or a 10 minute walk. Train tracks across the street not only run regular commuter train but also freight so can be heard at night. And it's hit or miss if you hear planes or not as a Heathrow flight path is just above. The unit is otherwise perfect and well appointed with just what you need for a nice stay. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. With the kids staying on the two sleeper sofas we still had plenty of room to move around and get into the kitchen for breakfast.

Chiswick House

We rented the Chiswick House for a week. We were a group of three couples, the 3 bedrooms complete with ensuites worked perfectly for us. The kitchen was perfect for getting our morning coffee and breakfasts, it was fitted with everything we needed. The dining and living room gave us room to unwind at the end of busy day of touring. Having the train station steps away was very convenient. We enjoyed the neighbourhood shops, restaurants and pubs. Robert is a very pleasant host and was very accommodating with our booking, checking in, any questions we had. All of us would highly recommend making Chiswick House your place to stay when you visit London.

London Trip

Great property! We were traveling with 4 adult kids so it was so nice for everyone to have their own space. Home was exactly the the pictures portrayed.You won't find this much space in the heart of London Robert is a wonderful host and graciously answered all my very promptly. Train was a convenient 2 minute walk across the street and linked us to underground. Robert suggested before we came to get an oyster card and that came in so handy. He also provided coffee and a few necessities in the well stocked kitchen. Getting from the airport was a bit tricky, but we used an Uber and it was inexpensive and fast. We had an absolute fabulous time and I highly recommend staying at this wonderful property.

Cute Chiswick home

Our stay here was very enjoyable. The home has been updated and is well equipped and clean. It is located in the neighborhood of Chiswick and there was easy access to the train. There is a nice coop grocery very close and various cafe’s and restaurants in walking distance. Robert met us upon our arrival and welcomed us with a few essential items to get us started. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you want a respite from the hustle and bustle of London. You still have easy access to the city, but the feel of a friendly neighborhood.

Wonderful stay

An excellent property. Bright, clean, very well equipped with 3 bathrooms , a great kitchen and even a small garden. Good public transport into the centre of London. Communication with the property manager and his assistant were very good.

Amazing location in upscale neighborhood g

From the early arrival through departure, our host, Robert, was extremely accommodating. He paid attention to the details like making sure we knew where to find linen, how to get into London, what we could find in the local area, and how to access WiFi (very important for multi-teenager household). Robert knows how to take care of his customers. Definitely plan to stay when in to stay when in London.
