Deze studio zou passen bij een enkele of een paar. Het heeft een eigen ingang vanaf de straat, maar maakt deel uit van een groot privéhuis.

Vanwege nieuwe beperkingen in Londen voor een beperkt aantal dagen dat per jaar mag worden gehuurd, neemt u sowieso contact met ons op, als datums niet worden weergegeven.

Het is rustig en briljant gelegen voor het park, winkelen en bezienswaardigheden. De flat wordt onderhouden met een zeer hoge standaard en is onlangs gerenoveerd en ingericht. Het heeft een groot tweepersoonsbed (kingsize) met nieuwe matras en veren kussens. Nieuwe 100% katoenen lakens. Er is een wasmiddel en droger. Aparte keuken (aparte kamer) met magnetron, fornuis, koffiezetapparaat (nespresso) etc. De studio kamer heeft veel kastruimte, een tv, WIFI en een kleine bank. Er is een kleine douche uit de slaapkamer en tussen de slaapkamer en de keuken is er een kleine tafel om te eten. Dit is een heel leuke studio en het is niet zo klein. Het is warm met vloerverwarming. Er zijn alle gemakken en actuele gidsen voor uw gebruik.

Great Getaway- Amazing Flat

We stayed in this lovely flat for a four day trip to London. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the tube, grocery stores, restaurants, Hyde park, etc. The flat was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and more. Ann was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Perfect place to stay

It was a perfect amount of room and an easy location near Paddington so not needing to lug luggage multiple tube stops for the airport. Ann and as so pleasant and accommodating ensuring we had a little something for breakfast and some wine for the evening. Such a nice extra touch.

Great location with an awesome host!

Don’t miss out on this convenient and cute property. We loved the neighborhood. It’s very walkable with lots of food a couple blocks away and multiple tube stops close by. The property itself is well appointed with everything you could need. The host is a doll and we enjoyed our conversations with her. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous, Ann and Ivo were great to talk to with good recomendations in the local area for food and Pubs. Many grocery stores in less than a five minute walk. The flat was clean with a well stocked kitchen with starter groceries. We will be booking this flat on our next London Trip when we can stay longer. A great base of operations. Fantastic Flat

Five Star rating across the board! We were very pleased with the accommodation and our visit to London. The flat is exactly as described and perfect for what we were looking for. It’s quaint, tiny shower and washroom, but there’s enough room to maneuver around everywhere else. The bed was comfy and at the end of a long day of sightseeing, perfect. Awesome location, steps away from Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, Notting Hill. An easy walk from the Bayswater Circle line. Special thanks to Ann for the ‘extra’s’ - Milk, butter and bread in the refrigerator. Nice bottle of wine! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect flat in prime location

The Bayswater studio met our needs in every way - clean, cozy, well appointed, and superbly located. Queensway and Bayswater tube stops and Paddington rail station are all an easy walk away. Very comfortable and convenient location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was very comfortable, and they provided everything we needed for our stay. You really can’t beat the location. You are about a 10 minutes walk away from 4 different underground stations. Very convenient! We also felt very safe in this location as well. The owners were not in town while we were there, but Ann was great about communicating before and during our stay. All of her instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Thank you much!

Perfect London stay!

Very well located, easy access to Paddington Station and tubes, Waitrose market close by. Ann is a wonderful host and very responsive to communications! The flat has everything you need for a nice London visit - kitchen is fully stocked to use with coffee/tea/spices/condiments provided; bed is great (if you like soft, which we do); sheets/towels were changed out after a week by the cleaning lady; good bathroom with sizeable shower; lots of storage space; very helpful maps of London and the tube system on the wall to peruse as you eat breakfast...The stairway down to the flat is spiral and narrow, but with a good handrail. Street noise at night is not that bad - we slept with the window open. We felt very safe, secure, and had no issues during our stay. We certainly will be back.

Our London base

This flat worked extremely well for us. Ann and Ivo were very available if we needed anything. We stayed 5 days and toured London and nearby. Lots of options for the tube and train connections. Loved having the washer/dryer as this fell in yhe middle of a 3 week trip This is a basement flat which was fine for us, but might be a challenge for someone with mobility issues.

A Perfectly Horrid Flat

I suppose that's the way I should describe this place if I ever want it to have any future availability. When people find out what a wonderful flat it truly is, none of us will be able to book a stay there! But the truth is, it's actually a wonderful little hidden gem, as anyone who's stayed there knows. The hosts are lovely, kind people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The flat is perfectly cozy for two, and the neighborhood has loads of lovely shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. And it's just moments away from Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park and TWO Tube stations! What more is there to say? Book at stay here. I promise you won't regret it.

Perfect London flat!

We spent 5 days in Ann's flat and all I can say is that it ticked all the boxes on our list of wants and needs. The flat was perfectly located to transportation, grocery stores, and pubs. The quiet neighborhood was close to Kensington Park and Hyde Park. Kitchen was well equipped and included a washer/dryer, a rare find. I messaged Ann for 1 kitchen item and it was quickly delivered. As far as the bathroom sink, of course, it is small! No big deal! We used Uber twice and cars arrived in 2 minutes. I'm not sure you could find a finer flat at such a reasonable price in all of London or any other European city. Book it!

Great location

Terrific location.... so close to Hyde Park yet so peaceful and quiet. Really comfy bed, peaceful and secure for a good nights sleep. While the flat is small we had everything we needed to prepare our own meals (Waitrose supermarket is a short walk away) or really handy access to places to eat out if we wanted to.

We had a lovely stay in this flat. It is perfectly located so that you can walk to absolutely everything - choice of grocery stores, high street shopping, the theatres, Kensington Garden, Hyde park, lots of restaurants - whatever your "thing" is. The flat is perfect for a couple. Spacious by central London standards, clean and with a well stocked kitchen. The host kindly provides the kitchen basics as well. Thank you Ann!

First time staying in London

Ann stayed in touch and provided helpful information prior to our arrival. The flat was easy to find and Ann provided milk, bread, tea and coffee. This was much appreciated. Some suggestions to make guests more comfortable. Number one issue is the bathroom. The sink is tiny. Water goes everywhere when washing your hands, face and brushing your teeth. It is not a functional sink. Nowhere to put toiletries and nowhere to hang a second towel. Lack of lighting to read by. Lamps on either side of the bed that provide good lighting would be wonderful. “O” ring in kitchen faucet needs replacing. Overall and with these improvements it can be a first class place to stay.
