Penthouse 5min from London Bridge Full Panoramic Views

Welcome - This is my home. You will get the entire apartment for yourself. This is NOT a studio. It is a big spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a big balcony / terrace and full panoramic views over London. Next stop is London Bridge/BoroughMarket/ConventGarden

I am not a foreign based company who has a portfolio of properties deliberately for short term rental.

This is my home my Zen space and I would like whoever stays here appreciates it as such and RESPECT.

I cycle everywhere from here. However you have the overground station ( 3-5 min to London Bridge / Borough , from there you can walk to Convent Garden / Soho / Fitzrovia / Mayfair etc etc ) within 5 min walk or many buses available. There are many bike share apps such as Lime around. Many bike only lanes are also in the vicinity.

**Absolutely NO parties in my home and NO shoes inside the flat are allowed. Outside guests are NOT allowed ( CCTV/insurance purposes ). When you book, introduce yourself and say if you are happy to adhere to his. If you fail to introduce yourself and/or state that you agree to the way I keep my Home I will most likely ignore your request**

Although I have a cleaner, I expect you to leave the flat in a reasonable condition. My cleaner is no one's slave.

This is my Home. I have worked very hard to buy it - without the ' bank of mum and dad ' . I take very good care of it. You may enjoy it for a short period - as long as you understand this and are able to take good care and exercise common sense.
