Negatief: Netheid, inchecken, communicatie en accuraatheid advertentie
We were not notified of how to access our suite until the day we arrived, the VRBO were withholding that information. Now we know the reason. They had a flood and didn't know if they could make it usable. We arrived and the smell was obnoxious. The carpets were still wet. There were iron marks on the carpet where they had tried to dry it with a laundry iron. We had to shut off the master suite and bathroom as they smelled the worst. We could not eat there and could not have anyone over as it smelled so badly. Our clothes smelled for the rest of the holiday to Spain and Portugal. The smell was probably caused by mold and could have been harmful to our health. At that date, it was too late to book another property, although the location was great. We are not just dissatisfied, we are requesting a full refund. This could have created damage to our health. This is our first bad experience with VRBO and it was very unfortunate.
