- On the ground floor, there is a lounge zone with one designer couches and two armchairs set around the coffee table.
- Further on the ground floor, there is a study room with a desk suitable for working on a computer; TV and an additional single bed.
- On the 1st floor floor, there is a large living room with balcony, divided into lounge zone, dining area, and open-plan kitchen. In the lounge, there are comfortable couches and armchairs centered around a coffee table.
- Beautiful dining space boasts seats for 6 guests.
- Modern equipped kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied.
- There are four bedrooms, one single (study room mentioned above) on the 2nd floor, a master en-suite bedroom and a double bedroom on the third floor, one more en-suite bedroom on the fourth floor. All boast storage space, the beds are set with fresh crispy hotel-quality linen.
- There is an open sunny terrace on the fourth floor.
- The flat has good air-flow and equipped with Air Conditioners in every room. Thanks to the heating system it is nice and warm in colder seasons.
- There are 4 bathrooms ( 3 FULL 1 WC) , in each, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The house will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

Connaught village is a beautiful neighbourhood next to hyde park and Marylebone , Oxford street is 6 min walk from
Property and there is tons of restaurants

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.



Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Check-in time is at 4:30 pm, but due to the large size of the property and time, it takes to clean I might ask you to check-in after 6 pm if there are other guests checking out on the same day. Bag-drop will be available from 3 pm or earlier, please message for details and I will be happy to find a solution for you.

Checkout is at 11 pm or before Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £100 per hour.

Smoking is Strongly prohibited, penalty 500GBP
