We booked what we expected to be a quality stay for our family of four. The host did not meet us at check in as offered in the email. She was available over the phone to assist with faded keypad and challenging entry system with a video. We had to carry 5 suitcases up 5 flights of stairs only to arrive to an extremely hot, tired flat. There was no pride in ownership or attempt to provide conveniences like fans in extreme London temperatures. I attempted to use the washing machine and had my clothes trapped in there for over two days before the host called a service person. The machine would not spin and drain so I couldn't open the door without causing a flood. The sofa bed that we planned to use was not stable. Furniture, bedding, and cookware was minimal in quality. We paid over this place's value a night for this! Very disappointing. They did have a few coffee pods and sugar and the location was very central to transportation. But bring your earplugs and sleep mask if you want to sleep.
