'The Host is excellent. The vibe is excellent. The only drawback honestly was the shower set up. The shower head would spray out the door when opening the sliding door and turning it on to the warm setting. Other than that? I’d say five stars. There was a 1 1/2” mold area forming at the corner of the ceiling above the window at the front of the room. Check at the corner of ceiling to wall above said window. Easy remedy. '

'Amanda is very prompt and helpful. We enjoyed our little bungalow. Just right for our family of 5.'

'There were a few disappointments. The door to one of the bedrooms was coming off its top hinge. The stairs up from the parking area need to be cleaned and fixed. The railing was not completely attached at the top. The blinds to the back porch were damaged with half the blinds missing. There was old candy under the couch. The controls for the ceiling fans were out of reach for us.Having said all that, we liked the handy location. Everything was clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the view...

'Great communication from Maria. Nicely stocked.'

'We enjoyed the historic apartment, location, ease of communication with the owner.'

'This property was perfectly located and very comfortable for a family of four. The listing doesn’t specifically say that it has water views, but the photo showing the river out the front window is outdated and misleading- it should be removed from the listing.'
