'Everything about it was perfect. The size, the location and the two decks. Upper deck was amazing for sunset pictures. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to things to be convenient. Beach access right there. Really the only things missing were actual coffee MUGS and a two quart container for making ice tea and lemonade. Highly recommend this dog friendly property. '

'Great beach vacation location! Close to beach and super close to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. Only downside, parking is a bit tight. But when most everything is in easy walking distance, just park out of the way. Location exactly as listed, no surprises. It’s the beach; our family just needs a place to sleep, grab a quick snack/meal, and to clean up. Perfect. If our children were younger (now 18 and 16), we’d book again. Probably need another room at this point just to avoid...

'We can't say enough about how great this place is! Our 4.5 year old son loves coming here! It's literally 3 houses from the beach entrance and has all the comforts of a kid-friendly home. The new playset in the backyard was a great addition for this year; a nice surprise! We love eating breakfast on the porch and the beds are so comfy! 'This place was perfect for my boyfriend and I plus our dog. Owner was extremely responsive (air conditioner in bedroom was leaking and the owner had someone out to fix it within 2 hours!). Quick walk to beach, bay, restaurants, and coffee spots. No complaints at all. We recommend!'

'We have been coming down to LBI for many years and this by far was our favorite place. The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The views from the back deck were spectacular!
