'Excellent property. Clean, cozy, close to beach. Anything needed for cooking was there. Large garage and driveway to accommodate our vehicles. Beach supplies, children’s toys and even a perfect adult tricycle to motor around the neighborhood, so much fun. Large fenced in area for our daughter’s little dog. The absolute best part of this rental is the porch with a locking gate and lots of seating. There’s also a shared courtyard, with lots of seating and a fenced in yard for the dogs to use. The owner of the property is willing to do whatever she needs to do to make your stay enjoyable and offers beach supplies to use during your visit.'
