'We recently spent 17 days at Back of the Moon Cottage while I was recovering from major back surgery. We live over 3 hours from Marshall Hospital where my surgery was performed so I couldn't return home right away. The Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay. It was very clean and very quiet. Kim and Seth were amazing and always available for anything we needed. It was a wonderful experience staying there.'

'Host was very welcoming, Exceptionally clean. Although picture was enhanced and not what was in the living room. the heater was EXTEMELY noisy and made a loud buzzing noise throughout the house kitchen was adequate although ice maker needed to be Seriously Defrosted. Coffee maker needed to be replaced as it would only work if you held down the to. No hot pads to remove anything from oven. Spices were there, although no salt or pepper.'

'This was a nice place. I really liked that the two beds had different levels of firmness. Also the closet had pillows with different levels of firmness. My main issue with hotels is that everything is too soft and fluffy. So it's nice to have firm options. '

'Very conveniently located across from Old town pizza and next to the brewery. Down town is easily walkable and accessible. Was exactly as described, house is very cute and well decorated. Plenty of room to socialize and be comfortable. The AC system is a big upside as summer comes around. Overall was a good deal and had a great time.'

'Location is fantastic and the host is responsive, even arranged an early check in at the last minute. The house itself is a gem; great neighborhood and space within. However, I had to give a low rating for two reasons: Cleanliness issues and the generally run down condition/deferred maintenance inside. A thorough deep clean is needed, including carpets/unholstery,as well as appliances. Replace the missing flooring and cracked tiles in the hall bath! Get some drapery panels that cover the...
