'We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. We parked the car and never moved it until the day we left. Everyone was very helpful and we were contacted several times by wehost to make sure we had all we needed. When we had questions...

'Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.'

'Nothing was cleaned properly. Silverware in drawers with food on them, the bathtub had actively pink and black mold growing in it, the halls smelled. They advertised a pool and fitness center, charged me for it, and when I got there it was exactly as described. 'A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. 'The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. '

'Terrible!! Paid for parking garage. never received parking pass. So we had to park almost 15 mins away. They said there was nothing they could do to get me the pass we paid for and they would refund me... we still haven't received any refund.
