Everything was wonderful only thing is a call front desk multiple time before I got there and they don’t answer the phone but when I got there they was wonderful

The stay was ok, the room was clean, large and bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was not good. And there's a worker who acts as a security guard in the dining room. The breakfast offered is not good, very simple -waffles, muffins, fruits, cereal, coffee...however, they have a sign that no food or srinks are to be taken out. The man in there just stands there watching your every move the whole time commenting what not, made me feel quite uncomfortable. He's not friendly at all and has a strong stare. I would not book here again just because dealing with that man was unpleasant and awkward. I felt like telling him " im eating here, take a step back, and stop watchin me and hovering over me dude"....

There were many cockroaches in the room and in the hotel, I was calling cheapticks y expidia to see the refund and I was never able to get through, I had to pay for another hotel

Jacuzzi filthy and not working and no lights on , druggy on the stairs and selling drugs people next to us loud slamming door all night long noisy from the street to much traffic outside on the streets breakfast could have had better options then that

We arranged a booking through Expedia, but got an email stating the payment didn't go through. When I called to sort out the situation, the lady who picked up told me the reservation was still good and nothing needed to be added. When we finally got to the hotel, the reservation was cancelled because we didn't put payment down. Very bad communication on the hotel staff. She also seemed annoyed when she picked up, giving me the impression she didn't really care and didn't look into it further. Would not recommend this location.

The best stay, by far! Ubi, is so accommodating! Really, so clean. Our first room reacked of smoke, so he immediately changed room. The hot tub is kept clean, which was another docus with the breakfast. You cant take food to the rooms from breakfast, but theres good reasoning for that. Just amazing overall, very communicative and will definitely stay again and again.

1 star. More like a motel, instead of a hotel.
Service was great. But, 5he rooms need updating. Very old. Carpets/floors need replaced, paint, etc. Minimal cleaning is accomplished. Bring your own bottled waters, and Clorox wipes. 😃
