'Stayed for three days . asked everyday for someone to fix my TV, did not work at all. Several people came but none fixed . Said internet did not reach my room. Then why was I paying for a TV? Last evening of my stay they offered to move me. Kept saying they wopuld speak to mgr about problem but nothing ever happened. Breakfast was availble but low quality.Very dissappointed.'

'Room was decently clean and comfortable. The air conditioning unit made screeching noises every night for about 2 hours and it was very difficult to sleep through. However, the fitness room and available laundry room really came in handy and were very useful. Good location for the business I needed to take care of while in town.'

'The air conditioner wasn’t working and the room was very hot when we arrived. We alerted the staff and they came up and replaced the unit while we were out. The staff was helpful, the bed comfortable, great room for the price especially the weekend we were there.'

'I would have rated it all 5 stars but I couldn't because I prepaid like many other's and they had no rooms for myself and many people who came for a festival and a whole school team came for a game but everyone was laid out in the lobby and told to leave and come back...it was well after 9pm and I had a concert and could not shower I couldn't take a nap from a long drive in. It was a total disappointment. The staff could only do what was available to them. Short staff no one to clean the rooms...

'From the pictures and price, I expected this hotel to be high quality. But it was just Ok. Nothing special. The lobby was very stark and uninviting. No place to sit. Hard floors. Plain walls. The front desk was still enclosed from Covid days. The room was pretty dirty: floors, corners, behind fixtures, etc. Breakfast was continental: packaged rolls, cereal, yogurt, bananas, etc. I would put this on the same level as a lower-level hotel/motel, like a Motel 6, not an almost-$200/night...

'Motel and room were clean. The location is convenient. There are no amenities to speak of (e.g. had to request shampoo). Not even a place to sit outside. The parking was well lit in some areas. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.'
