'Een heel erg fijn hotel op de perfecte plek. 2 blokken van Central Park en een kwartiertje lopen van Time Square. En de metro om de hoek! Vriendelijk personeel dat erg behulpzaam is en een hele fijn kamer met een heerlijk bed en een regendouche. Iedere dag nieuwe flesjes water !en n schone handdoeken. Kortom echt een aanrader'

"De kamer was schoon. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van Times Square. Goede ontbijtgelegenheden en restaurants vlakbij. Receptionist Joey was helemaal top, maar ook de anderen gaven goede service."
"Good place next to time square, clean hotel, good beds, rooms for 4 persons aren somewhat small if you have suitcases, but doable. Breakfast is proper and included (just missing basic options for bread such as cheese and ham).
The elevator situation especially around breakfast time is terrible. There are 5 elevators for over 30+ floors. If you are below level 20 there is a fair chance that you have to wait +10 mins for a elevator thats not full.
Further is the rooftop bar not just to but you must take a table. Outside space is limited, while inside the airco is on turbo.
Staff in general is nice, there is a basic but well maintained gym and they offer taxi services in case u need one to the airport. Conclusion, eventhough the elevator situation I would return."

"Het was een aftandse zooi. Behang los, kranen los, afvoerputjes miste, alle voegen waren geel. De kasten vielen van ellende uit elkaar. Het restaurant was sinds covid nooit meer open gegaan. Dus ontbijten was niet mogelijk. De sportschool waarmee geadverteerd wordt bestaat niet. En de sfeer leek meer op een station. "
