'Spent our Spring break here and house was great. All amenities you need as if was your own home. Sunsets on dock were beautiful. Pool refreshing. Location work for us as we wantes to go to different beaches. Not far from many shopping centers or restaurants. Communication with Ed was great. Checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed and gave suggestions of local restaurants and checked in on our last day to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again.'

'This little house was great for our family spring break with two teens. It is an little older and has been refreshed for a vacation property. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Ashley, the property manager, was very helpful and answered our questions and requests almost immediately.'

'We had a fantastic 3 week stay at this lovely home. The house was clean, spacious and very close to the beach! Grocery stores, shops and many restaurants are right around the corner. Not to mention the ice cream shop right down the street. Owner was very accessible and replied quickly with any questions we had. For us, the star of the home was the backyard pool! We enjoyed it every day, all day long. It was everything we had hoped for as our three week Florida getaway rental!'

Scott and Bre are living next door so it was easy when we had a small issue while cooking something that within 5 minutes the problem was solved. We didn’t use the kayaks by lack of time cause there is so much to do and there are so many beautiful beaches in Bonita Springs. We recommend this place.'

'We love Sanibel and this condo was perfect - everything about it (including Paul - he was totally on top of everything) was above and beyond. The view is my favorite part it’s so beautiful - huge window and sliders to take advantage of it. We found the furniture to be very comfortable love the couch and mattresses just right. The pool is great also - but the short walk to the beach with wagon supplied by the owner makes going to and from beach to pool to condo so easy. Also had nice beach chairs...

'Eight adults, eight bicycles, four vehicles and so much fun! Very clean and spacious house, well appointed in all areas. The backyard is the bomb and we spent all our "at home " time enjoying it. Host is super responsive and accomodating. Will stay here again for sure.'

'The house was clean and just as described. We were quite happy with the location as it was convenient to both Sanibel and Captiva. Beach access is a short walk away and beach area filled with beautiful shells. Some construction happening next door, however not bothersome. Enjoyed our stay very much. 'Wat een fijn hotel. Fietsen die je (gratis) drie uurtjes mag meenemen om door het stadje te toeren. Super centraal gelegen. De service bij aankomst was geweldig. Een dame met knot was super vriendelijk en regelde dat we nog snel een hapje konden eten ondanks dat het laat was. Groot contrast met de dame met lang grijs haar die ons uit checkte.
