'Host was very welcoming and provided great communication. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and we loved being right on the canal, which we took full advantage of it for kayaking and paddle boarding. The only negatives were that the board games were more or less for show (very few had pieces parts remaining to be playable), and the kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes were usable, but not in the best condition. 'Place is fine for a single. Might be tight for 2 people. My only issue, and its a small one, is there needs to be a more comfortable chair for TV watching. There is a small table with 2 chairs and a wicker chair but neither were conducive to watching TV. Other then that, place worked for me.'

'We booked this home with intentions of relaxing by the pool and using the hot tub with family and friends in town for a wedding. They were both cold'. If you're gonna advertise a swimming pool & hot tub it should be ready for your guests. I also changed my dates on this house and was told it was all set then the day before check-in. Unfortunately a cold front came through and we found out the hard way that heat is not included in the rental. The host made a call to a tech and we wasted over three hours (after telling us they were 45 mins away) waiting for him to arrive since she said someone had to be at the house.
