'The house is gourgeous and exactly as described. Checkin and out was super easy. Tom responded to any questions we had. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. They even had a blowdryer with a diffuser in the master bathroom!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. '

'Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting with are daughter at FGCU. Went to Sanibel Island during our stay and had a great time. Upon arriving the pool was dirty and the property owner was very friendly, responsive, and very apologetic. He got a pool cleaner out the very next day for us. Very pleased.'

'Our week long stay was spectacular. We played golf at two terrific courses, enjoyed the pool with it's unique view and celebrated a birthday with our son. The weather cooperated and gave us many opportunities to swim and just sit back and relax. We found everything that we needed provided by the owner and the manager was very responsive.'

'From the moment we walked in at Villagoona, we felt at home! This is hands-down the best vacation rental we have stayed at. We spent most of our time outside, enjoying both the pool and lanai, which are even better than in the pictures. We fished every day, and caught snapper, jack, and other fish! Communications with the host Ruth and caretaker Steve were fantastic. We had everything we needed for our stay both inside and out, including bikes, pool toys and floats, fishing rods, and all...

'Beautiful home and perfect location. Our friend sand family with teens and adults had a wonderful time. Comfortable beds, loved that each room had its own bathroom with showers. Plenty of towels were provided would highly recommend and would love to book another stay sometime! '

"Well this property overal is just very good with a incredible pool area with lazy river. Rooms are large and convenient. The beds are a bit (too) soft for my liking. Only downside was that there wasn't any blanket for the sofa bed. Since we noticed it during his bedtime we called the reception desk but the blanket want delivered very soon. Only after calling a second time they promised it would be delivered in 15 minute. They also have an SMS service with which they inform you and ask to inform them off anything is needed or wrong. Unfortunately they didn't respond to us during our stay. Beside that we still will consider going back here :)"
