'View was absolutely amazing. Major issue was that we spent the first night sweltering. Was told twice that the room would cool down but even after having the a/c on all night the room was still 80f 27.5c in the morning. Extremely expensive hotel to spend the night suffering in heat. Complained again the next day a little more vigorously and received a portable a/c. The second night was fine, but didn’t make up for the first night. 'Everything perfect: very friendly lady, beautiful charming hotel and room, location. 2 min walk to the river with all the bars. Reasonable price. We've travelled through Switzerland for a week and this was by far the most beautiful place to stay. Lucern is lovely as well.'

'The location was very nice but the space was disappointing to find out that you had to cross from one bedroom to get to the other bedroom and cross the other bedroom with sitting area to get to the bathroom. It was unacceptable that the patio door was the only means of getting fresh air into the first bedroom but that door did not open making it unpleasant at night. '

Check in is in another hotel on the next square as mentioned beforehand. But so is breakfast which was not mentioned. The surroundings are very, very noisy. From very early in the morning till very late at night. '
