'The house and pool and beach are exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent and prompt. The area itself is a great place to go in the spring time. There are plenty of nearby activities and good places to eat. My only critique would be that it is quite expensive.'

'There is a really great Mexican place to walk to and a great bagel place that also serves breakfast and lunch. The boats have air conditioning, 2 large beds, bathroom and living area with a couch, small kitchen and table. It was very relaxing. We will definitely go back. Also has a beautiful pool and games for kids. Definitely a 10!!'

'We loved the location and quiteness. The broken elevator was a true inconvenience with elderly family members huffing up 4 flights of stairs and the person to help was no where. Entering was easy, as someone just opened the gate, but the next day the gate guy said we should have stopped and got a pass, he never came out of the booth the first night. Check in is off location, but check out is simple. Our room was okay, the other family members had a terrible mattress. '

'Property appeared run-down, not well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not ready when advertised and lacked variety.
Check in staff was rude and hurriedly showed us to our room.
My husband and I had stayed here several years before and returned twice after that with 2other couples: Definitely not the same quality 😔'

'It is a great launching area to explore all of the keys. It is an older property, but the price reflects that. It felt safe and secure and the proximity to the water was awesome. Staff were friendly ad prompt.'
