'Adorable, historical and friendly. Charming place with an excellent staff!'

'Very cool set up. We didn’t utilize the interior court as we had other plans but it was a nice, comforting set up. Things quieted down by 10. I didn’t understand the “destination” charge on a $400+ room for the night. Nice place but nothing above and beyond. Good location.'

'Clean room, great staff and awesome breakfast!'

'⭐️ 1 Star — Very Disappointed I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you expect basic things like hot water and a clean room. During my stay, the shower had absolutely no hot water, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. On top of that, the room did not feel clean. It honestly seemed like they just did the bare minimum to turn the room over rather than actually cleaning it properly. Because of these issues, I ended up having to check out early. Before leaving, I...

'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'I checked in tired after 36 hours at the hospital. Was told there are no discounts on Friday's so I had to pay approximately $250. There was an ozone odor eliminator running in the room when I checked in. I had to call the front desk to a remove it. The smoke detector was hanging by it's wires. You had to lift the toilet lid to flush the toilet ans the toilet handle bar had been bent to a 90 degree angle preventing it from flushing with the lid on the tank. The volume on the TV was sent on...

'The front office worker was very nice. However, there was no warm water. The heater smelt like something was burning'

'Beds were hard. Bath tub looked dirty and no coffee was in the room. Only tea.'

'Nice older hotel and usually pretty quiet during previous stays, this last time was not as quiet as there were kids running around. Over all a good stay though.'

'Clean and comfy'

'Staff members were friendly and polite.'

'The room they finally put us in was great. However we arrived 1 hour before check in and they wouldn’t let us check in without paying an extra $40. When we booked we told them we were traveling with a dog, called that morning and also told them about our dog, and they put us in a non pet friendly room. They then were going to put us on the 2nd floor. It would have been alright but the elevator was broken, we had a lot of luggage. The vending machines were broken. It was 80 degrees outside and...
