'The area was quiet and peaceful, the whole property was comfortable and relaxing, the kids loved the easy access to the river, and being able to use the kayaks and other water toys made nice we did not have to worry about anything. 'Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties...

'This casita is a very charming well laid out accommodation for two and we enjoyed our stay especially how close it was to the winery/brewery and the Wimberly square.There are a couple of items that I think the owner might consider attending to that were not deal breakers for me, however might be for someone else. There are only two dinner (mismatched) plates in the casita. Might want to add 3 that match either one of the ones that are there. One of the windows is missing a blind. Not a deal...

'We stayed with family friends for the weekend and had a great time. I highly recommend using the mule to drive around the property to see all the wildlife. We saw plenty of deer. The space itself had plenty of room. There is an air mattress available, but if you have more than 6, it’s a good idea to bring another air mattress. It’s far from any convenience stores or grocery stores (which is how we wanted it), but come with everything that you will need in advance. '
