'Spring Hill suites are always nice. This one where I had stayed many times before needed some bath updating and repair. Breakfast food also seemed to have declined since I stayed there a year ago. Egg fair, and breakfast meat fair as well. '

'Overall it was a nice two-day stay. However, the toilet overflowed, and when I called the front desk, the cleaning lady brought a plunger to the door to give to me. I informed the lady I didn't ask for a plunger I was letting them know the toilet was overflowing. When she came into the room and saw the toilet she stated the maintenance person wasn't coming in until 11:00 am, it was 9:00 am. Even though the person at the front desk was pleasant it was a disconnect when the cleaning lady appeared...

'Check in was fine along with a good breakfast. We had to switch rooms because of a very poor tv reception. Beds were very comfortable and had great pillows. We along with a few others we spoke to had problems with the room keys. Had to get them done several times and still had a difficult time with them. Had to scan many times and jiggle them in the lock. It worked sometimes. Maybe they need a new system?? Pool was not in service and was very green with frogs swimming around in it. Not...
