Really a near hotel with excellent view of lusaka central town and surrounding areas- small yet very functional gym- the bar was excellent with the south African zambian experienced bar man making very tasteful cocktails

Great location, near the market and shopping. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The temperature of the pool was somewhat cold as it's not heated.

The property was clean. The staff were nice. At check in, I was not aware of the breakfast time and/or cost. The AC was not working in the common areas. One of the elevators was broken.

2週間滞在しました。宿泊開始当初は、ハウスキーピングにムラがあり全てのタオル類が揃っていない状況もありましたが、これは改善されました。 一番気になったのは、エレベーターの整備状況があまり良くなく、複数日2基あるうちの1基のみが正常に動いていた状況や、一度はエレベーターが急停止して数分間閉じ込められました。

At the beginning, house keeping was a bit sketchy, but the service improved in the course of my stay. The good point about this facility is new, but elevators did acting up several times. All in all, I think I will return to stay again.

Comfiest Place and Amazing Breakfast
My family did a road trip between Lilongwe and Livingstone with a stop in Lusaka each way along the way. The Hilton (we did one night on the way back) felt like a nice treat. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the breakfast we had was the best one of our trip.

Staff of hotel and its restaurant were extra friendly, courteous, and respectful. Very professional. We chose certain days to have our room cleaned but it never happened, but they compensated by giving us a free meal. They can come up a bit on housekeeping service communication.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and generally very clean. The check-in staff were cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. The dining staff were on the slow side and struggled to get orders correct. It seems that the standards for service in the dining room are not as high as elsewhere. Food was good but often took a long time to arrive. In addition, the dining hours were not observed (e.g., breakfast only started one day at the stated 6 am time, the rest of the time, they opened up somewhere around 7–7:30. There were some mechanical problems the week that we were there. The lifts were not working properly and that was a challenge for a 20-story building.

If one wants to buy products or meals must carry credit card, because even if cash payments are accepted NO ONE (from staff) gives change (they don't have, or dont want to) Cairo Rd area in general is very dirty and should be walked alone in the evening

Amazing staff who knew the meaning of good customer service. I felt welcomed from the second I set foot on the property. Hotel was spotless (it is only 2 years old) and rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good too.

Great for weekends and travel
We love staying at this hotel. It's got everything you need, it is clean, staff is friendly and professional, and you have great views of the city. We live in Zambia, but not in Lusaka, and enjoy staying at the Hilton for city weekends and when traveling.
