'Great stay, lovely pool with the greatest Nile view, and all staff is so kind and service-oriented, from the reception desk, to the gardemers, from security to barkeeper. You feel at home! Our room was comfortable, the only issue is the fact that there is a mosque nearby, and the morning prayers are early and loud, and the room is not very soundproof... But, this is clearly compensated by all the positives.'

'It was great to stay in Steinberger. The care for details was huge and the care for the family was great. Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. 'A great hotel, tucked away from Luxor centre but very close to west bank sites. Relaxing and enjoyable. Good facilities. Massages at the spa were passable and certainly not the best we have had, so there's room for improvement there. What stood out was their ability to taylor private sites visits with their driver and the availability of a really good guide, Mr Omar, and that in itself made our stay even better. The food options at the property are ok, not vast, but of really good quality...

'Alhoewel men culinair hier en/of daar wel een steekje durft laten vallen is, zijn de 3 restaurants, op hun geheel beoordeeld, bevredigend. Vooral het restaurant La Fleur, met soms aangename verrassingen. De "Happy 1+1 hour" in Ascot Bar, van 5:30 pm tot 6:30 pm is m.i. eveneens een nuttige, onderbenutte tip ....'

'20min walk from Luxor temple, several restaurants for dinner and a rooptoppool. On arrival they give you a personal tour in the hotel. Only negative point is that there is no extra AC in the gym. Or i didn't find it.'

'Although the internet service of this hotel is REALLY bad, the rest of it is plainly gorgeous. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is corteous, helpful, friendly, and efficient. It was a big contrast with staff at other Egyptian hotels I've stayed during this visit. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the location is great. Truly, there is no reason to make this text longer. I have not a single point of criticism. If I'd really have to nag, I could complain about the...
