'First of all, the condo was what we saw online, very nice condo, it was enough for all of us (8 pax) free toiletries and there were enough towels for everyone. Location was very convenient it was close to where we wanted to go, airport and MOA and lots of restaurants in not a far distance. 7 eleven right by the corner side of the lobby was very convenient as well. pool was excellent my kids spend so many hours at the pool. Contacting the host was very easy. we had a bit of check in adventure so...

'The location of the property is good but the cleanliness inside the unit was not upto scratch. No toilet papers, dirty sheets, furnitures and looked like the floors were never vacuumed or mopped. Also the drainage in the bathrooms had fowl smell.'

'I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!'

'Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

'The procedures and policies are over strict. Checkin was confusing as Concierge and security did not know procedure for 3rd party bookings. As a senior I was frequently harassed for sitting on a PWD seat. My pinoy family members were treated as visitors not staying guests. They were forced to surrendered their ID, then questioned anytime near entrance. A porter refused to assist us with our luggage. We were not made welcome and will not ever book there again.'

'We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The host was accommodating and made check-in and check-out seamless. Would definitely stay here again!'
