It's a cute space, but not quite what we expected from the description. While the owner was very friendly, this setup felt more like we were intruding on a private space than staying in a standalone cottage. Clarifying this in the listing would help future guests know what to expect.'

One note: the description did not make it clear that this is the bottom floor of a house. Everything is separate, but this should probably be clearer. We also had to ask about the refrigerator. Adding a picture of that would help. '

'Jessa was an incredible host who thought of everything, even going so far as to include stickers in a gift basket for us upon learning last minute that a four year old would be in our party (among many other small touches around the house that made for a wonderful experience). The property was clean, the beds were LUXURIOUSLY comfortable, and the neighborhood is lovely for strolls and forest retreat vibes. Would totally stay here again! '

'Very private ADU attached to the main house with a two-car garage for separation. Quiet and peaceful. Especially loved having saltwater in front of us and a freshwater pond for bird watching. Excellent host. Highly recommend. '
