'Naar tevredenheid '

'1. Cockroaches in the toilet 2. Aircon not working 3. Random personel entered hotel room without permission early in the morning'

'Clean room, strategic location'

'Just note that there is no fridge in the room.'

'Good location next to Southkey mall, convenient to shops. Staff are very friendly too. The hotel rooms have decent size but cleanliness can be better.'

'The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. The problem I have encountered in this hotel were room Aircon was noisy when I turned to high volume. The other problem was when I tried to call the housekeeping nobody answered my call. 'Bilik bersih. Kedai makan mamak dekat. Kedai depan hotel. Parking mudah. Kakitangan membantu.'

'Clean room'

'The room is clean, aircon needs servicing. The bathtub is a hazard, its shaky and has detached from the wall. The location is great, right above KSL shopping. Great for short stay.'

'超級整潔，服務員態度殷勤友善'

'Booked a 1 night stay to accompany spouse for business trip. Very reasonably priced, with many eateries nearby. If we ever returned to JB, will definitely book this hotel again.'

'The apartment is spacious.'

'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole.'

'Room clean and nice view and also near night market. Go others place very convient and call grab easy. Overall is fine.'
