Each guest is provided with a locker to store personal belongings and slippers to wear before entering the capsule, which adds a nice touch of cleanliness and organization. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing at night, which could be improved. The location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of dining options and shops within walking distance, many of which stay open late.'

'The floor feels clean and the bed was quite comfy. But the whole condo development looks run-down and some parts of the unit was very dusty and there was cockroach poop in one of the kitchen drawers. Facilities within the unit was basic.'

'I did not receive any instructions prior to arriving at 14:55. I tried several times to ring the number given but could not get an answer. I was forced to book another hotel. At 15:50 I received a WhatsApp message asking me to join a group chat but that was too late. I think I should get a refund.'
