'Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. '

'Strong musty in room. AC barely functional (opening balcony was actually cooler). Shower curtain was moldy. Shower drain was super slow. Toilet was dirty and malfunctioning. Pillow case had some sort of stain on it. Washer was dirty and dated (took clothes to a laundromat instead). Amenities listed Jim, but you have absolutely no access to it. Price was pretty high likely because of huge Filipino catholic holiday, but even so I feel I was completely ripped off.'

'施設やサービスについては、金額なりのレベルで満足してます。シャワーのヘッドから、穴が塞がっており部分的に出ます。それよりも、根本的に改善する必要があります。ホテルではなく、リゾートマンションですので殆ど民泊型宿泊施設です。その為、チェックイン方法や手順を事前に教えて欲しかった。またケースによってはアーリーチェックインが出来る事になっているが、チェックインを受け付けるコンシェルジュには宿泊者情報が届くのが遅れるケースがあり、アーリーチェックインどころではない。連絡先を伝えてくるが、実際にはあまり連絡しても通じない。'
