'Upgraded room was highly appreciated. Direct access to the lagoon. Complimentary amenities were surprisingly plenty! They’re all delicious. Celebrated my son’s 6th birthday and they never failed to make him feel special. The sliced birthday cake tasted so good!! '

'Very friendly staff. We were also able to get our room early which was lovely considering we’d been travelling some 20 hours! Room was a very good size and comfortable. Patio was small though (not very wide). But we had view of pool and ocean. Excellent experience. '

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'
