'Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and that they responded quickly with energies we had. My son had medical emergency and the staff quickly came to rush him ro the in-house clinic to patch him up. Our son also got lost for 30 min as he continued to walk ahead. Security rushed into action and was able to locate him quickly. We left a cell phone in the service van we used and front desk did everything they could to help identify the vehicle and driver. 'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'
