The creek right outside the veranda door was a welcomed sight with a roaring current that was a pleasure to hear.
The room was clean and would not hesitate to return to this location if the opportunity arose.

'Ongeinteresseerd en onverzorgd personeel. Kamer met lakens met (bruine) vlekken, haardroger te vies om aan te pakken, weer in douchegordijn etc. Kortom geen suc6. Gelukkig sliepen wij er slechts 1 nacht. Personeel was wel behulpzaam om lakens om te wisselen zonder excuus aan te bieden.'

'Een comfort inn is normaal gesproken een hotel met een goede prijs prestatie verhouding maar in dit geval een beetje overpriced. Geen slecht hotel maar wat duurder dan normaal door de ligging in de buurt van de Smokey Mountains en drukte. Er zijn diverse goede motels vlak bij dit hotel voor een lagere prijs. Hotel is wat gedateerd en heeft wat versleten vloerbedekking in de gangen. Kamer netjes en goede faciliteiten. Prima ontbijt inbegrepen.'
