'Maria war uns eine unglaubliche Hilfe, sie hat unsere Reise unvergesslich und stressfrei gestaltet. Vielen Dank, Maria!'

'Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. During a confusing and stressful check-in, we finally reached a...

'I have waited a couple weeks to write this review to eliminate the emotion and just be factual with my review. I wish we read the reviews prior to booking this stay. We have three main issues with the property. 1 - The apartment was not located as advertised. The key pick up is close to the advertised location and the address is actually about ten blocks north east. 2 - The communication with the host was very poor. It’s seems like an automated message that didn’t respond accurately. We ...

'Great value! I would definitely stay again!'

'We were a family of five so there was lots of space for us. It was nice to stay up a bit later and have kids go to sleep in the bedroom. Host’s communication was excellent. Check in was fairly easy. The entry to the building and stairwell were very underwhelming and you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The unit was as it is described and is older. Some of the trim needs to be painted or replaced. Mixed area nearby with a rec centre and lots of coffee shops and delis.'

'Der einzige Nachteil war die Größe des Zimmers und des Bettes, aber hey, es ist New York! Insgesamt ist es eine fantastische Unterkunft mit superfreundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt!'

'The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

'a last minute change to a different location and size of apartment was made without notification. only found out of the change when we received the checkin information on the day of checkin. the new place was nice but was not what we ordered. Host was very slow to responds, 2-3 day. when she did she made some financial adjustments. VRBO took my calls right away and started working on a solution. in the end we were able to enjoy the apartment we stayed in and received a partial refund for...
