'We were visiting my college daughter at Miami, and it's impossible to find a hotel in Oxford. This was barely 20 minutes away and was SO much better! We had my parents (in their 70s) with us, so we each had our own room. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils looked practically new, the house was spotless, living room couch extremely comfortable ...and memory foam mattresses! Responses/communication were super fast! What a great find for the price! Would definitely use this again!'

Suggest The Fringe for coffee, and Basil 1791 for dinner. The house was as pictured. Loft bedroom upstairs with sitting nook and full bath with shower. Downstairs is kitchen, living room and half bath with laundry. We did not cook, but certainly could have with the adequate equipment and utensils provided. Appreciated the extra sheets and bedding....

'A comfortable WHOLE HOUSE 2 BR option in a great, safe, quiet Mt. Adams location that was a super walkable hub for art museum and theater visits plus quality food options. Didn't need to use the car once we parked! The area is definitely hilly - it is something of a trek to get up to the main, flatter areas. Still, the hosts make coming home away from home (always down hill!) so nice. Easy in & out, nothing fussy, just classic hospitality. (much vacationy "word art" as decor, if you are in to...

'Very nice property- love the kitchen and baths totally updated! Bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom! Minor maintenance issues needed- could use some updated livingroom furniture…Lastly, our code malfunctioned at night and luckily they have 24 hour customer service line! Also need to give access to garage…..the front steps are grate hole steel steps and you cannot wear heels - bring flats for sure!'

'We had a group of 9 high school girlfriends stay for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the outdoor space was great! We spent most of our time either in the pool or next to it. There was only 1 hiccup with the refrigerator but the homeowners were on top of it and had a new refrigerator installed the next day. They brought us coolers to keep food cold while we waited. This is a great place to stay!'
