Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out. 'I booked this hotel because there is a free airport shuttle. Mentioned on the website and in Expedia. But I waited almost an hour and no shuttle! Only from the the to the airport and only in the morning?! Why is that not mentioned?? I send a few messages via Expedia to the hotel and never got an answer back! Very bad! Hotel so big and my room was ready, but you only get the key at 16:00… Pffft…'

'Nieuw en goed hotel, onze kamer was ruim en comfortabel. De wijk waar het hotel ligt is zeer levendig in de avond en nacht. De ingang van het hotel ligt niet aan de straat maar aan een smalle doorgang. Hierdoor kan je geen taxi reserveren, ook niet op het moment van vertrek.'
