'단점: 욕실딸린 방을 예약했으나 해당 객실 고장으로 욕실이 없었습니다, 장점: 스태프가 아주아주아주 친절했습니다. 객실간 방음이 매우 잘되는걸로 추정됩니다. 각 시설 청결도 매우좋습니다. 밥을 많이 줍니다 정말 많이줍니다. 식당에 BYOB 가능, 목욕탕 깨끗하고 편-안. 역사에 연결된 몰에 마트가있어 좋습니다. 재차 방문하고 싶습니다.'

'地點方便，巴士下來上斜路第一間就是了，酒店旁邊就是商店街的開端，方便購物 。 房間內設施十分新淨和現代化 。TV有netflix的傳統溫泉酒店真的不多 。所有要求都可透過手機menu解決，十分方便不會日文的遊客. 食物一流，員工服務態度也十分好。'

'I booked this ryokan as it was the most price friendly. The owners were super friendly and helpful, even though we had to talk through google translate as my japanese wasnt good enough. As others mentioned the stairs down to the hot springs (ast least for the female side) felt a bit dungeon-y. But the hot springs were amazing. The room was a bit older and you could tell there was some normal wear and tear from over the years but if i would definitely recommend it.'

Heerlijk eten en een super enthousiaste chef kok. Wil je even bijkomen van al het reizen dan kun je in dit hotel heerlijk bijkomen. Maar is ook een prima uitvalsbasis om van alles te gaan bekijken in Kobe. De gratis shuttlebus zet je op een centraal punt bij het station af. Een hotel dat ik zeker aan anderen zou...

'Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Having a personal shuttle take you around town was great considering how "hilly" the terrain is in Arimaonsen. The onsens (hotsprings) are forbsure the main attraction and the time allotted to rent each onsen (45 minutes a session) was certainly generous. I've stayed here twice already and I'm already looking forward to returning someday.'

'We love the Arima Onsen Hanano Ryokan. They picked us up at the train station and even carried our bags up to store our luggage. Yes, getting to the inn meant climbing up some stairs. This might be a problem for some people with mobility issues. But the climb was all worth it because the service was impeccable, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was spacious. For such a minimalistic inn, it has everything we needed and more. This inn is traditionally Japanese with modern facilities. ...

'Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. Dinner was amazing and served at sister ryokan 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was served downstairs. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming ambiance. Only complaints — room aircon, air...

'Hotel with ryokan style rooms. Spaceous rooms that provide some tranquility from the crowded streets. Personnel, the onsen and Wi-Fi were all great. '

'一組にも関わらず、駅到着後、車でお迎えいただきました。 駅から本旅館までは坂を登る必要があり、荷物が多い中ではより厳しい移動となるため、非常に助かりました。 到着後、チェックイン手続きまでの待機時間は多少ありました。個人的には気にならない程度です。 手続き後、宿泊する部屋まで、担当の方にご案内いただきつつ、設備等も説明いただきました。非常に丁寧で、とても心地が良かったです。 温泉は素晴らしく、しかも混雑していないタイミングだったこともあり、非常に楽しめました。 夕食なしのプランでしたが、朝食は非常に満足度が高く、夕食アリにすればよかったなと後悔するほどでした。 帰りも車で駅までお送りいただき、助かりました。 総じて、すごく丁寧な接客をいただき、とても素敵な有馬温泉旅行にしていただきました。ぜひまた訪れたい旅館です。'
