We stayed there for three days there was some noises and no one camed to change our towels and cleaned our room The Room a bit smaller than what we expected same goes for the bed , beside that the location is Okay it takes around 15 to 20 min to reach Haram with traffic and there is nice restaurants around

Nice hotel bit far from Haram but they have bus shuttle around the clock although the bus sometimes does not show up in Haram station thats because streets are very busy during Ramada. Staff offer excellent service. Special thanks to M Abul Kalam who helped me with a luggage with a great smile.

Not great for Families - very long walk to Haram.
Not a greta trip for me, the only good experience was the checkin experience. However, it doesnt say anywhere on the hotel website that the hourly shuttle bus service drops you 20-25 minutes away frlm Haram. The walk from the bus stop killed me and walking 20 - 25 was very tiring. Then at the breafast table, the waiter couldnt understand my order, I asked for egg whotes and he got me an omelette. Was a very forgettable experience. Not going there again.. thats for sure.

Very clean, room are comfy, location is good not too far with shuttle available 24 hours. It would be perfect if the shuttle has,a fix timetable so we know what time to wait for it .

Room size was small and food taste was just okay like something is better than nothing. Surroundings were expensive and not too many facilities I was expecting more when I read the reviews and seen the pics etc We went for Ummrah so can’t complain much, I would suggest any other hotel which is near to Haram Shareef

One of the best Hotel and Staff. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Specially NASIR & MAMUN two good people I meet. They are very kind and honest. I arrived very early morning around 4am. I couldn’t exchange my dollars. And that morning I found Mr. Nasir and asked him where is the nearest money exchange and what time they will open? He replied I have to go to Al Harm to exchange. He said hotel bus will arrive in 15 minutes so I can go by bus. But I to go by taxi Bcz I wanted to see THE KAABA. I asked him can you give me change of $20 so I can go by taxi. He didn’t take the money but he gave me his own money and helped me to get a taxi. And asked taxi driver where to drop so it could be easier for me. He called me every day if I needed anything. Thank You brother Nasir. I know thanks is not enough. InshaAllah I will be praying for you and see you soon. Thanks again.

I really enjoyed the transport service to and from Masjid Al-Haram. The rooms were nice and the air conditioning was really good. Service by staff were excellent, including the service for meals. Would definitely recommend.

I STRONGLY DON’T recommend this hotel.
People and service are good, but I strongly don’t recommend this hotel. The hotel is not clean. The room price doesn’t match the quality of the room as compared to the hotels that come as the same price globally.

The hotel looks modern and despite a language barrier the staff seemed nice. There was a mosque opposite the hotel and a prayer room inside the hotel for you to pray in. There is also a Bin Dawood supermarket within walking distance for groceries/ food/ household items. The free hotel shuttle service only takes you to the Jamarat bus station, from there you have to queue and pay for a bus to the haram, and then also catch a bus back to the station. There is no clear information on what times the hotel shuttle service operates. Travelling as a family sometimes meant waiting a long time or even catching a taxi instead. The rooms are a little small with hardly any space to even pray in as there is just enough space to stand between the beds and walls. The hotel wifi was temperamental and would either be very slow or disconnect. Luckily we had enough mobile data so we dudnt have to rely on this. Hotel room service was poor for a 4 star hotel as we had to ask for the bins to be emptied and the room to be cleaned. There only seemed to be one person cleaning the rooms on our floor. A lot of rooms left used towels and rubbish bags outside the room for it to be collected. Due to the hassle and the time of getting to the Haram from this hotel, I would not stay here again.

A four star hotel with nice amenities; was lacking a microwave in the room but iron was provided. Hotel was located near Mina/Jammarat and is far from the Masjid Al Haram. There is no shuttle available to the haram and finding taxis can be a challenge for a large family. Although the hotel was really nice, I won’t be staying here due to its shear distance from the haram.

Worst shuttlebus service ever- avoid staying here!
Hotel is far away from haram , but they have shuttlebus. The shuttlebus is TERRIBLE. Never on time, sometimes need to wait up top 2 hours! NEVER stay here again. They also said they would refund my cost to taxi which they never did. Do not stay here, you will waste time and money!

Without a solid bus service, this hotel is a joke
I am very disappointed to the fact that I have called several times to the front desk to get towels or anything I need and no request was granted or taken care of. the room was never cleaned when were there for 7-8 days. The only thing I can compliment is the bus service and the price was reasonable. But as far as service, this is very bad franchise that cares about the bottom line of profitability over people. I will not stay here again. What is more disturbing is that my wife forgot her coat and other items in the closet and we have called the hotel both from inside Saudi Arabia and the U.S and still no response. No one answered the phone so we took a bus service from Al Madina to Mecca, 4 hours trip just to get there for this lazy manager who was a Saudi Female to tell us that come back tomorrow to speak to Loss and Found. After insisting that we need to get our items, she finally went and validated what we have left there to give them back and with the attitude: Now, you got your stuff, get the hell out. Time was around midnight...This organization needs work and again, without a bus service, I won't recommend this place.

Hotel is good, only transportation from Haram to Hotel is really disaster. 1- Transportation is on the east side from Haram, which very far away from Haram. “Note:- there are many other bus stations that they can drop or pick us from which is nearest to Haram. 2- You have to wait for the bus minimum half an hour and lot of people awaiting, so you may not catch it. So overall Hotel is ok however transportation need to be better.

Hotel building is in very good condition. The rooms a big, the washrooms are tiny. In the shower no place to put soap or shampoo. the carpets are dirty. The people working at the floor are very efficient and cooptative. The receptions, the security, shuttle drivers are very rude, raciest and incompetent. The shuttle bus has no fixed schedule, all depends on the drivers mood. The resturant is expensive.

Leider ist alles bereits beim Versuch des Check-Ins gescheitert. Der Mitarbeiter beim Empfang hat meine Buchung angeblich nicht gefunden. Während meines knapp 1stündigen Wartens, kamen - ungelogen - ständig unzufriedene Hotelgäste, die alle unterschiedliche Anliegen hatten: Dusche funktioniert nicht, Zimmertür lässt sich nicht öffnen, Geld wurde grundlos abgebucht, usw. Schon da hatte ich ein mulmiges Gefühl.. Gut, dass meine Verwandten nicht direkt gefahren sind, sondern erst warten wollten, bis ich eingecheckt habe. Das Einchecken hat leider nie stattgefunden, da der Mitarbeiter darauf bestand, dass ich im System nicht eingetragen bin. Der Betrag wurde bereits bei Onlinebuchung unmittelbar per Paypal eingezogen. Ich werde jetzt eine Beschwerde einlegen und möchte mein Geld zurück! Nie wieder..!!

THE MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL
1- The room was awful, dirty nasty and smell was stinky 2- NO FREE PARKING 3- The lock of hairs in rooms, toilet, and corridors 4- The customers review of the hotel 8/10 are FAKE FAKE FAKE 5- THE WORST PLACE EVER 6- 4 star hotel are a big lie 7- For all traveler take care, I got sick from only one night staying I really appreciate the professionalism of the receptionist Mr. Azam, he tried a lot to manage this disgusting place
