'Hotel stay is average. No bottled water which I much prefer than going out of the room to get water. The room needs a fresh coat of paint as it looks gloomy. '

'Television is so small and must change due to old style/conditions. Hardly seen what you’re watching. Good thing they changed our comforter the following day, when we came it was really on a poor condition, more so of pillows, I thought there were no pillow cases. Restaurant’s food was excellent!'

'Upon entering the hotel's lobby, I was greeted by Thania (I hope I spelled her name right!). She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and we had a great little chat before I checked in. We had booked this hotel for one night due to a poor experience at another accommodation, and I was so thoroughly relieved to have been able to spend my last night in Malaysia at Hyatt.
