fijne accommodatie
hele fijne vakantie gehad, super personeel, mooi groot zwembad, ruim voldoende ligbedden, goede keuken, we zijn niet zo van de buffetten, toch hebben we hier bijna elke avond gegeten, verse producten en goed gevarieerd. Leuk en niet te aanwezig entertainment overdag. S avonds het entertainment niet gezien, wel gehoord. De kamers zijn enorm gehorig, we hoorden de buren letterlijk praten. Toch zou ik hier wel nog een keer naartoe gaan, de overige zaken waren nml top.

Goed appartement. Schoon. Nette badkamer. Modern
Het appartement ziet er zo uit als op de website. Moderne vrolijke inrichting en schoon. Wij waren er met 4 personen (2 grote kinderen 2 volwassenen). Elke dag kwam de schoonmaak langs en werden de bedden opgemaakt en de badkamer schoongemaakt. Het gehele complex ziet er netjes uit. Wij zijn er zeer tevreden over. Het zwembad water en zeewater was nog erg fris, maar dat is eind april dan ook wel logisch. Prima zwembad overigens. Bij de receptie mogen ze wel iets klantgerichter zijn. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie, maar zegt weinig bij je aankomst. Cala d'Or is een mooi plaatsje met wat winkels en redelijk wat restaurants. Ze praten je graag bij hun restaurant naar binnen. Cala d'or heeft ook een paar mooie strandjes. Palma is er wel ruim 45 minuten rijden vandaan.

Zeer schoon hotel met prima kamer, wij hadden een opgeknapte, en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Dagelijks werden de handdoeken verschoond, het bed opgemaakt en de vloer gedaan. Strand en gezellige centrum op loopafstand. Wij waren er eind september en nog lekker druk en alles nog open. Prima verblijf gehad en aan iedereen, met of zonder kinderen, aan te raden.

Voor WIFI moet je betalen; heel slechte verbinding en om de 10 minuten opnieuw aanmelden als je naar n ander vertrek gaat! Heel frustrerend!!! Hotel is uitermate geschikt voor families met jonge kinderen echter niet voor stellen alleen..

Mooi apparthotel voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen
Leuke ruime appartementen met hotelfaciliteiten (schoonmaak, bad en bedlinnenwissel etc.) voorzien van grote balkons, airco en mooi zwembad met waterpark voor de kleine kinderen. Mooi, kindvriendelijk strand op loopafstand (5-7min). Ideaal appartement voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Op loopafstand (10min) van het centrum van Cala D'or. Supermarkten en meer dan voldoende eettentjes in directe omgeving. Reeds twee jaar achter elkaar met ons gezinnetje en vrienden dit appartement gebruikt voor onze zomervakantie.

Eenvoudig maar degelijk en niet ver van centrum
Heel vriendelijk personeel. Het eten (in ons geval ontbijt en avondeten) vonden we eerder gemiddeld. Achteraf gezien wat jammer dat we op voorhand half pension hadden gekozen gezien het grote aantal eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Vriendelijk personeel
Wij hadden een nog niet gerenoveerde kamer die heel schoon was en bijna dagelijks werd schoon gemaakt. Ook het beddengoed en de handdoeken waren helder wit. Het personeel in het restaurant en bij de recptie was erg behulpzaam en kindvriendelijk. Wij hadden half pension en vonden het ontbijt uitgebreid. De cakejes en koekjes waren zelf gemaakt en heerlijk! Het diner was qua kwaliteit en temperatuur etc. Prima, soms alleen wat simpel. Wel genoeg variatie en een barbecue en mallorcaanse thema avond erbij.

The apartment hotel is recommendable. Good apartments . Good size, good suited and clean. Huge balcony. We took half board which is really recommendable. Breakfast and dinner is very good for that price. What is really positive to tell is the animation at this hotel. The shows are super great and a big thank you to the team. Great job.

Only bad part about our stay was that we only stayed for one night. Really family orientated hotel with a superb kids pool and a great entertainment programme especially the animacion team run disney show in the evening. So much focus on the kids having a great time and would definitely head back. We stayed B&B and the breakfast options were plentiful and actual pork Sausages and back bacon were a rare treat for a brit abroad! Rooms could do with a refresh and always a pain to have two singles pushed together rather than an actual double but overall a great place to stay.

Rigtig fint ophold for vores familie med mindre børn. Alt fungerende rigtig fint. God rengøringsstandard. Overraskende meget underholdning i løbet af dagen og i sær om aftenen. Placeringen er også rigtig fin - tæt på strand og aftenens byliv. Maden i restauranten var vi ikke så begejstrede for, så vi lavede bare selv eller tog på restaurant, men det var også fint. Kunne sagtens finde på at tage tilbage!:-)

Dès l’accueil, il a été difficile de se faire comprendre en français, Pour les activités impossible de savoir ce qu’il y avait. L’appartement était envahi de fourmis que nous avons ramené dans les valises jusqu’en France ! Le personnel est bruyant ce qui nous a réveillé des 8h00 du matin ! Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel bruyant et insalubre.

L'hôtel dispose d'une personne de nationalité française (8 a 16 heures) et d'une autre personne qui a de bonne notion de français. Nous savons que l'une d'elle c'est occupé de vous. 2. Bruit: L'hôtel a une politique très stricte de ne faire aucun bruit avant 9 heure le matin, l'heure a laquelle commence les femmes de ménage a travailler. 3. Activités: Celles-ci sont dûment annoncés durant la saison. Le jour de votre arrivée, été le jour d'ouverture de l'hòtel. 4. Fourmis: Nôtre établissement respecte toutes les normes sanitaires. Cependant, à Majorque, en cette période de l’année, il est normal qu’il y ait des fourmis, n'est en aucun cas considéré comme une infestation. Comme vous comprendrez nous ne partageons en pas votre valoration, dû au fait que vous avez séjourner seulement 1 nuit et de surcroit le jour d'ouverture. Hotel bien situé , bien entretenu. L'équipe d'animation est au top ( supers spectacles) et les buffets sont de qualité.Le personnel est souriant et à l'écoute. Notre appartement, sur l'arrière de l'hôtel , a pu bénéficier des bruits des moteurs de camion et des "bips" de recul dès 4/5 h du matin ... emplacement à éviter !! La chambre est confortable , les canapés beaucoup moins, surtout lorsqu'ils servent de lit d'appoint. Les plages sont toute proches, agréables , bien que petites, et de nombreux magasins satisfont les accros du shopping, de petits parcs de loisirs peuvent occuper les enfants et des restaurants variés jalonnent le centre. En bref, un bon séjour, nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Very very nice stay.
Me and my 24-Year old daughter stayd for 5 nights. Lovely place, clean rooms, great balcony with new furnitures. Everything seemed new in the apartement. Breakfast and dinner was great. Very nice staf. A little to hard beds. Would go here again for sure.

Recommended for young families
Very good stay, lovely area, lots to see and do. Reception were very helpful and the apartment was spacious and very nice to stay in. As a retired couple we did find that there were a lot of young children staying at the hotel which wasn't ideal for us! It might be helpful to know that you can have pool towels (for a returnable deposit, or 2 euros if you want them changed), saves bringing them with you.

Nice apartments close to bars and restaurants
We booked a standard apartment that we found was spacious and well maintained. Unfortunately the very large balcony didn't get any sun and overlooked the car park (113). The apartment was serviced every day. Fresh towels provided on demand. This property is very family focused, with lots for little ones to do, in and out of the pool. Not so good if you are an older couple looking for some peace and quiet around the pool.

Perfect peaceful getaway
My two friends and I had a long weekend here in September and it was perfect. Our room had recently been redecorated and was spotless. The hotel wasn’t too busy or crowded and everyone clearly wanted a peaceful family-friendly break. We didn’t have our children with us but could see it would be perfect for younger ones and we weren’t disturbed by the activities going on during the day - we even joined in one aqua fit session. It’s a short walk to the crystal clear sea (very small crowded beach though so we only popped down for dips). The pool bar serves fab cocktails and freshly prepared food which they were happy to adapt for vegans/veggies. Our three-bed apartment didn’t have a view or much sun, but on the plus side was totally secluded and quiet. We would definitely go back.

Great little place to stay
Very good location, clean throughout, friendly and helpful staff, good animation team and pool area. Situated in a quiet residential area, sandwiched 5 minutes between beautiful Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda bays (easily accessible through public gardens turning right or left at rear of hotel), and within 10 minutes of main centre, 5 minutes of nearest shops, bars and restaurants and 20 minutes from the Marina. Stayed self-catering so can't comment on breakfasts and meals, but prices for snacks and drinks at the poolside bar were a little high! Stayed in a comfortable Superior Apartment on top floor of block A (room 305) - good for sea view and quieter as end of block and no apartments above (sound proofing between apartments not brilliant, but too be expected in this type of complex). Apartments cleaned daily. Pleasant pool area and not difficult in terms of accessing sunbeds when we were there (24 Aug-18 to 2 Sept-18) - as usual non-reserving of beds with towels is ignored by most guests and there is no enforcement of this rule by the hotel and pool staff. Very family friendly complex, with day and night animation entertainment activities. Can't comment on night, but day was not too overpowering and could be fun for children, teens and adults. We stayed as a family of four, with our two teenage daughters who enjoyed their stay. Would recommend these apartments and definitely stay there again! Cala D'Or is a lovely resort

Crowded - Pool too small for number of guests
Decent hotel, with good customer service but prepare to share with 500 people during high season. The one pool is not big enough for the numbers of guests the hotel can accommodate. Loungers were full by 830a, pool doesn’t open up till 1000. Had a room pool side and their entertainment show in the pool area carried on until 1030p. Requested to be moved to a quieter location and hotel accommodated us. It is about a 5 minute walk to Cala Gran (beach). However, the beach is more densely packed than the hotel pool. One note: everyday for about an hour a smell of sewage wafted thru the complex. Not sure if this was an isolated occurrence.

Family holiday
Lovely holiday, couldn't fault the apartments. Location excellent, you can walk through the gardens down to Cala Esmerelda, the prettiest of the coves I think. The hotel is also a short walk from the centre & bouncy castle fun park. A big hit with our 6 yr old. Hotel pool & entertainment was spot on. If we holidayed in Cala D'or again would book these apartments again. Loved Cala D'or beautiful beaches even though they were very busy at this time of year. Great fot snorkelling. Lots of places to eat & streets to explore. Definitely recommend a trip to the Marina. Enjoyed a lovely meal watching the yacht's go by.

Fint sted for småbarnsfamilier.
Flott beliggenhet. Mye aktivitet bed poolen. Kamp om solstoler. Dårlig Internett.
