Gutes, preisgünstiges Hostal
Für den Preis eine schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft. Sehr gutes Frühstück im 4*Sternehotel nebenan. Zimmer wurde 3x die Woche gereinigt :)

The balcony was nice and the area but it was very dirty and we only had one fan for two rooms. The shower was mouldy too.

Hôtel un peu rustique. Besoin d'un rafraîchissement. La salle de bain est trop petite avec toilettes. Les lits sont confortables. Pas d'isolation, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue et les voisins mais hôtel correct pour le prix.

Great staff the wee woman across at js Hotel were more than welcoming and friendly helped me with anything I needed and the wee cleaning lady thru the week was amazing.

Très décevant
Chambre très petite sans salle de bain (il faut traverser le couloir pour y accéder. Non indiqué dans la réservation.) La chambre ainsi que la SDB sont très humides. Sur place frigo et micro onde mais dans un placard servant aussi de dressing à 2 mètre du lit. Nous avons pas pu y déjeuner comme nous l’aurions souhaiter car manque de place et de matériels (table, lavabo,…).Très décevant. De plus a notre arrivée, nous avons constater qu’une prise pour le ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas (même dangereuse), nous avons dû débrancher celle du frigo. Serviettes sales ainsi qu’une bouteille d’eau pas à nous trouvé sous le lit.

It was a Hostal without AC, there was no trash can, completely unclean, no cleaning service (we never have received any new towels and the room didn't got cleaned), the shower always filled up with water and floted the bathroom, street parkings was always full so we could not park around the hostal, the reception was kind of rude and uncooperativ,, further we needed to pay extra for using the safe box, there were thousands of mosquitos in our room and the room was way hotter than outside even though we openend the windows every time. In the beginning we didn't even have a fan (even though it was listed on expedia) and after several complainmemts we have received a broken fan and a big plastic bag to put our trash. (There was a heater in the room but definately you dont need that when it's 36°C....) Even the WiFi did not work (it always said "IP adress not found") I really don't understand how they treat customers and got a few acceptabal comments.... In conclusion, if you want to book this place then do not expect any hostal/hotel standards. I suggest to pay a little more and get a better place for your stay in Mallorca!

Un endroit très chouette :)
L'accueil ici est génial ! L'on nous met de suite à l'aise :) La situation de cet hôtel est fantastique. Vous vous sentez comme chez un particulier, à mille lieux de ces grands hôtels impersonnels. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent !!!

The staff were second to none.Very pleasant and helpful.We felt the hotel could do with a bit of upgrading but nothing serious.Would not hesitate to go there again.

Brilliant value for money / perfect locale
Great value for money. Spotlessly clean. Perfectly located for time either at the Portocolom Port (and surrounding restaurants etc), or a 5min walk to the main beach at Cala Marcal (fabulous snorkeling!). The hostel is simple and functional, but spotlessly clean, I am pretty sure my double bed had a memory foam mattress. Handy little fridge I used for plenty of drinks, fruit and snacks during my stay. Small but perfectly functional bathroom with a shower (better water pressure than my flat at home!), and a balcony view over the pool, and a little of the port. Delicious and simple breakfast daily if cold meats and cheese, melon and other fruit, cereals, breads and bacon / hard boiled eggs plus juices, coffee, etc. Highly recommended for the price, and Paula was lovely, friendly and unendingly helpful.

Price is the best!
We decided to stay on the east coast and hostal San Francisco was a good choice as we could explore beautiful beaches by car in a few minutes from the hostal. The swimming pool was nice and clean with a good view of the sunset. The room was clean, it was a nice size room with a little balcony and a living room with a microwave and a frigobar. Although we knew the rooms don't have AC I think this is something people that go to Mallorca in the summer should value... It is very hot at night, temperatures in 24 degrees at 2 am! However, we use the fan and it was ok for us because we are used to hot weather. (we're Brazilians). Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Staff was great, super friendly! I'll definitely recommend the place.

positivo: presenza piscina; negativo: pulizia dell'area circostante piscina; non ci hanno avvisato che colazione non era inclusa così alla fine abbiamo dovuto pagare le colazioni svolte nel corso del soggiorno (che altrimenti avremmo fatto altrove), la prima sera volevano rifilarci una stanza senza bagno quando non erano questi i patti e alla fine ci hanno cambiato stanza per fortuna; non ci sono zanzariere nè aria condizionata

Location buona,vicina al mare e vicina al centro. La struttura è super trascurata,quasi fatiscente,un peccato perché con più cura diventerebbe veramente graziosa. Personale tanto gentile.

Sentimos mucho que no le contestamos a sus mail y por los problemas surgidas con su toilette. Le hubiéramos cambiado su habitación sabiendo lo que sucedia aquí en el mismo momento. Esperemos poder recibirles de nuevo y intentaremos mejor la próxima vez.

Ruhiges nettes hotel
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder Einziges Manko : in der Buchung stand das das Frühstück im hotel 200 Meter weiter serviert wird. Für uns also klar, das es inkl ist. Es gab auch nicht die Auswahl ob mit oder ohne bei der Buchung. Aber es gehört laut des hotels nicht dazu und muss separat bestellt werden

Hostal agradable
La primera impresión fue regular. La habitación es antigua y dos de las camas (pedimos habitación para cuatro) eran sofa-cama. Pero cumplió sus funciones. Teniamos una pequeña terraza (para dos sillas y una mesa) muy agradable.
