'Clean rooms and well laid out. I went when some school groups were on and it wasn't very noisy which was good. The only downside was when I was in a room not reserved by a school group a teacher asked me to leave so they could have the children wait in there before they headed out. '

'Just ten mins walk to town centre, few minute walk to north sea seaside, location is lovely. The room is clean, the bed is comfy, the shower has high water pressure which is good for after walking all day. The only one thing is kettle doesn't clean, some water left there when I check-in.'
