'Food was wonderful. Room was very clean, with a lovely tray of tea, coffee and biscuits. They have an information pack in the room that gives all relevant information. They have information available for walks in the local area. It is in the middle of nowhere, so use the restaurant if here for a night. '

'Meerdere keren in dit hotel verbleven , goed eten, echter minstens 6 haren in bed, maar 1 stel handdoeken , en geen vloermat. Na doorgeven kregen we een andere kamer. Die bleek niet schoongemaakt. Volgende kamer, was schoon en goed. Kan gebeuren, maar het personeel geeft je het gevoe alsof het je eigen schuld is. Dat kan niet. Volgende ochtend weer een chagrijnige dame bij het ontbijt. 'Highly recommend to stay at Cromwell’s Tap House. It’s located in the heart of Shrewsbury, at walking distance of pretty much everything in town. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The rooms were located on the first floor above the pub. We heard no noise whatsoever, and only in the morning we heard some cars go by, but it was of no nuisance to us. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there were a lot of amenities like a hairdryer, coffee, tea, and towels. The linen were also...

'The Oaklands is a nice hotel with a great bar and beer garden. It is relatively close to the centre, you can walk. The room is nothing special but everything works. Easy to park.'
